Has the car pulled over ?(looks like it has to me) If it has then where's the problem .
If I didn't already know cops that sold drugs, shoots illegal fire-arms on the weekend, or regularly drive intoxicated then I'd probably be shocked.
What next, cops speeding to catch speeders?
Does that mean it's okay for a cop be talking on his phone while driving ONLY if the call is in regards to catching a civilian who is talking while driving?
Am I making any sense? :?
Actually under the guidelines cops are allowed to use a mobile phone whilst in the process of carrying out their duties.
