Did the earth move for you last night

Discussion in 'The Pub' started by pvda, Oct 23, 2006.

  1. Put those dirty minds away :)

There were several earth tremors last night, in fact one person on 3AW just claimed she thought her neighbour had fired up his Harley  .

So did any of you get shaken up last night??

I live in St Albans and didn't notice anything at the time they mentioned.

Then again an earthquake could hit St Kilda & cause $6M in improvements
  2. Come to think of it, I did feel a slight rumble or vibration for a few seconds. I've got two disc rotors hanging against each other up on my wall so the slightest vibration sets them off. Didnt really know what it was and didnt really think much of it, but now i know.
  3. I've sometimes got planes flying over head, so i might've felt it but not thought of it annything different
  4. Sonic booms can feel like an earthquake. Happened to some of us as we were camping in the Naval Gunnery range in WA. I was all excited but then found out that it was just some F-18's playing games out over the ocean  Bummer
  5. Yeah I noticed that last night. I heard more than felt it.
