Decent New Tyres for my PIAGGIO FLY

Discussion in 'Technical and Troubleshooting Torque' at netrider.net.au started by barrymike, Sep 1, 2007.

  1. Hi all

well, have been trying to get new tyres for my PIAGGIO FLY.
It has 12 inch wides size 120/70 12...
Anyone got any ideas on where to buy, no luck on line, most shops have 10 inch???? Would prefer a good brand.
Live in NSW but maybe I can have posted,
    any help appreciated
  2. That's an incredibly common size in non-italian scooters and in brands other than Vespa. Try phoning your local scooter shops that have taiwanese and jap brands of scooter.
  3. 12 inch wide tyres?

  4. The latest issue of Cycle Torque has a special feature on Scooters, including some info on page 17 about the new Michelin Pilot Sport SC scooter tyres; might be the trick :winK;.
