Unsure if its legit but still interesting.
gold....but can a worksafe inspector really fine an employee like that?
thats been floating around for years before 2006 anyway..so its a fake
they can fine people for unsafe operation/equipment based on a certain set of rules.
most on the spot fines are for out of date operation tickets for things like forklifts/cranes.
employers can be fined for not providing a safe workplace.
employees can be fined for not conducting themselves as per a safety management procedure (which are often drafted by the employer to be specific for their workplace and approved by work-cover).
If it's legit .. it's Gold at it's purest
