  1. Well byos and girls, my restriction expired today!!! New hunt begins!!! Any good deals cruisers that you know about, send them my way!!!

  2. congrats roamer....... i see your staying with the cruiser? Got any models in mind or just wait and see what comes up for what price?
  3. Congrats mate. woo hoo!!! You lucky bugger. :)

    Have fun bike shopping.

    :D :D
  4. Thanx mate.

Well, so far I like Suzki intruder 1500 the best, but not many of them around. I saw one at sharptune in dandenong, but for $13 000+ on road in that condition, bit pricy for me. At this stage I really haven't riden any so don't know EXACTLY what I want. But it needs to be a cruiser, shaft driven, air cooled (preferably) and not under 1000cc
  5. Well done, Roamer. You made it. :D
  6. Congrats, mate!

Do you want to sell your bike? Oops ... it's a Viagra ... I mean, Virago, isn't it? :)
  7. Congrats on finishing the longest year, mate. Now for a big steed and some long rides!
  8. I know its an old-school bike... but I used to love the V-Max.... its a very sporty cruiser... still definitely a cruiser.... but not so laid back that it looks like a pretendy harley...

and with a little bit of work.... they look super hot (for a cruiser)
  9. Well done mate!, Go the Yamaha Warrier like I will be doing when I can convince the boss that another bike in the garage will work.
  10. Congrats Mate. :)
There is a cruiser out there with your name on it
  11. Just don’t pick at it too hard as it may fall off!

O yea well done and welcome to the real world of bikes
  12. WooHoo! Good news :) Lock-up your daughters
  13. TBA , can't go wrong :)
  14. ROAMER - just go buy a Hardley and be done with it, you know you want to.

    Congrats BTW :D
  15. stay with the cruisers!!!

I'm partial to the Yamahas (surprize there) and Triumphs - an America or Speedmaster would be a sweet ride, or any of the Star range.

Just remember to either buy it with, or put some cash aside for the customisations.
  16. Woohooo......first come the joy of being unrestricted, followed by the pressure of decisions. The transition from dream to reality!!!

Riding bigger bikes can be so very different. When you first sit on a larger stead remember that with time it will shrink around you as your confidence and control skills evolve. Just be carefull in the mean time.

    Cheers mate
  17. Congats Roamer. :)
  18. Thanx everyone!!!

    - Yes Virago "the chop" is for sale, once I buy another bike
    - V-max - not a v twin, prefer those
    - Hardley............uhmmmmmmmmmmmm No, I don't want to, Steve can always make me one of those stickers that will make any bike haDley

  19. well as much as everyone knows I like the old school cruisers... I think that one is trying just a littel too hard to be a sports bike.... but hey I'm not going to ride it :p
  20. Congrats roamie, you've finally rid your mark of the newie and now you can move onto the bigger bikes.....bah i'll just sit here and sulk... LOL
the vstar range are indeed very nice, b/f has the custom but its way toooo quiet. I actually quite like the Hyosung GV 650 Aquila.
Just dont forget to drop by and show it off i'll be keeping tabs on yay

    Happy bike hunting mate.
