So today I changed my stock bars on the VTR250 to clubman bars.

Having issues with the throttle sticking, but the bike's looking pretty sweet.

We tried to adjust the cable, but had trouble. Any thoughts guys?

  2. The throttle cables are probably too tight around the headstem. One solution is to re-route the cables.

  3. Just headed into Deus and they adjusted the cables a bit. It's just slightly sticking when the steering is to the left.

Will have to have a further tinker later.

  4. Looks good! What's next, paint the tank chrome/silver?

  5. Next are the indicators and that's it for now (cosmetic and ease the cabling). Don't want to spend too much on it. Will only have it for another 1.5years and then onto a more old school bike to mod up.

  6. WHOA is that a tommy gun in the background?! SWEEEEEEETTT!

also, yea the ace handle bars are awesome, have you had any issues with the turning radius?
i suggest you have a look at a Triumph thruxton manual to see how they route their throttle cabeles, they have the ace handle bars as well and they shouldve faced this issue as well.

    looking sweet though mate!
