Cleaning off engine oil

Discussion in 'Bling and Appearance' started by lui, Jan 19, 2010.

  1. Some engine oil drip on to the exhaust manifold and dry up due to heat, any tricks to remove the unsightly oil marks? Cheers!

  2. Elbow grease, you can get it from the store.
While you're there, pick up some headlight fluid, never good to run out.
  3. Thanks for wasting your time not helping.
  4. To everyone else, will degreaser be of any use? Are things like Scotch Brite or steel wool suitable or too "scratchy"? Thanks.
