NSW Christmas Double Demerits

Discussion in 'Politics, Laws, Government & Insurance' started by Penny187, Dec 5, 2012.

  1. Hi All,

Standard double demerits question. Can't find anything on the RTA website.

    Anyone have the confirmed dates?

  2. Typically 23rd to 2nd.
  3. 23rd is a sunday, my bet is 21st to the 2nd.

    Edit thats a guess
  4. Google turned up a Leeton Shire Council media release saying 21 Dec until 1 Jan. Not the police or NSW Govt but you would hope they'd have spoken to someone......
  5. In QLD i'm pretty sure that all school holidays are double demerits.

    But, I could be wrong.

I thought that was the case for NSW too.
  6. says there 21st to the 1st, i'd have added the pic, but unspecified error keeps stopping me
  7. Ahhh I still remember last Christmas, driving at 130-150km/h where traffic allowed hours on end with no police and no tickets.

Obvballs, this was not in Australia.
