cheap brakes

  2. Honestly, how expensive are the OEM pads? The EBC HH one you can pick up on ebay US for around 80-90 delivered...
    Are breaks the kind of item you really should be saving on? :?:

    Oh! And no... I haven't tried those!

  3. Try a set of rear pads first, then your braking isnt scrapped if their garbage.
    If they perform ok, grab a set of fronts with the knowledge that you may have to bin em straight away (bed them in first of course).


    You cant know unless you try.

  5. nah there awesome they say street racing clearly will add another 7kw



    but personally brakes are the last place i would ever try and save money.. (and i havent tried them either)

  6. i got some ebc hh pads yesterday from mcas for $56 per disc.

    edit: and no i wouldn't risk my life with $10 chinese brake pads!

  8. i spend $15 on the metal gear pads and i do trust my life to them. just gotta keep an eye on them for wear. but at the rate we go through pads, it's just not worth spending money for oem or branded ones.
