Charging bike battery...

Discussion in 'Bling and Appearance' at netrider.net.au started by Grunge, Jul 1, 2009.

  1. Quick Q for you guys:

Is it okay to just charge your bike battery, by leaving it on the bike and just disconnecting one of the terminals? (ie, just the +/black terminal disconnected)
I mean, being that there's no loop for the terminals, the battery should charge fine, right?
  2. On the firestorm I just placed the clamps on the battery terminals and turned the charger on. I didn't bother disconnecting any of the terminals.

    Never had an issue.
  3. yep you can do that if your scared n dun wanan burn anything out, or you can just be like vic
  4. Sweet sweetness..

I ask coz I've got an alarm connected to it (scorpio)... I should have said.. but if it's okay... then that's kewl. :]
