CBR prices....

Discussion in 'Bike Reviews, Questions and Suggestions' at netrider.net.au started by finky10, Apr 7, 2005.

  1. hi all....

    looking for the first bike.....

what prices would be considered "good" in regards to a CBR250.
    R & RR also.
have no idea what model/year i want... just looking for a starting point in the price comparisons.

    i.e would a 94 CBR @ $5k be a good deal???

  2. alll depends on condition fella. you can pick a ratty one up for around $3k if you look around but for $5k it'd want to have a RWC and be pretty schmick....
  3. You're better off looking at what's on the market.

are a good starting point. Other than that, get hold of a copy of motorcycle trader. It's the only real way to get a feel for what's out there.

Pretty much agree with Coconuts as a very 'rough' guide though.
  4. Im wondering why so many people want CBR 250's as learners??
  5. very popular bike.. parts are heaps easy to come by
