CB360 Rebuild

Discussion in 'Modifications and Projects' started by bigev, Oct 19, 2014.

  1. Evening all,

I am about to start tearing down my CB360 (currently not running) for a full rebuild. I've got a set of Wiesco 68mm pistons on their way and I've a spare bottom end in case - unlikely - there are any issues with the motor I have.

I also have a set of GS850 pistons on their way so I can make up my mind if I want to bore further out.

Question though; cylinder bore and head shaving work. Who to go to in Melbourne?

I've been doing cars for years and my guy is in Benalla. I assume I can take CB360 to 'any engine guy' for that sort of work but I would prefer someone who is in the know on older Japanese bikes.

    Any contacts appreciated.
