  1. Evening All
    Have a 1997 CB250, with a buggerred dust seal on fork. Want to rectify that so while I have forks off will give them an oil change.
    Can anyone advise;
    1..tightening torques for various nuts/bolts
    2...volume of oil in each fork
    3..will I have to make up a tube spanner to controll the springs when I take the 16mm AF plugs out of the top of forks??or will the spring pressure come off before the unscrew fully
    AND where I can get a workshop manual,,,not the genuine expensive ones a cheap one
