  1. going through a bit of a crisis

instead of the typical "i don't know what to do with my life"

i'm going through a "where do i start" to get the skills i want in life :(

skills i'd love to be very competant in:

    metal fabrication
    bike mechanic

currently, studying mechatronics engineering at tafe (1st year)

i've done a fair bit of cad, and had studied it previously... so it comes quite easily to me
i have a general grounding in electronics, but not very extensive

currently working in an IT helpdesk... but this is only part time work while i'm studying

i want to quit my job like nothing else in the world... but i want a job related to any of the above fields...

i'm happy to begin full time work asap(2/3 weeks notice)
and being an apprentice isn't a problem with me :)
i want to continue studying part time though

hoping some of you guys might be able to help me somehow :)

i'm considering finding work as a metal fabricator or bike mech apprentice...
wouldn't mind working as a trainee draftsman or something

    anyone? please?

    thank you :)
