Can I legally use my custom bike w/o fenders?

Discussion in 'Modifications and Projects' started by Steve41, Oct 15, 2012.

  1. Guys,

I've made some mods on my Vtr 250 and removed the front fender and planning to add a fender eliminator over the rear tyre.

There are many local custom bikes I found without front fender, eg. my favourite one is http://www.custom-choppers-guide.com/custom-triumph-bonneville.html made by Deus.

The question I have if you can register such bike in NSW?

I found this document on the RTA site that says that all bikes must have both installed.

    Thank you!

  2. Useless thread, worse than any of mine,
  3. No.

Most Deus bikes are unregisterable anywhere in Australia in the form that they get displayed in so don't take them as a guide as to what you can get away with.
  4. No.

I usually like Blabbs threads better too.
