Can anyone value antique leathers?

Discussion in 'Riding Gear and Bike Accessories/Parts' started by spad, Jan 15, 2015.

  1. My grandfather gave me his leather jacket and gloves to sell but we don't know how much they are worth.
He bought them around 1955 and wore them for approximately 10 years. They are still in good condition.
The gloves seem to be lined with rabbit fur around the wrist section.
Can anyone here suggest a price for them?

  2. Nostalgia, or collector value only. Check for comparative items on eBay?
  3. I smell troll.

  4. I have a set of similar age etc that were my fathers. From my perspective I very much doubt I would get anything for them (my father's jacket looks a bit more modern though the gloves look very similar)..
  5. Bags not smell inside those gloves
