  1. Very nice in stir frys and adds bulk whilst remaining healthy.

I also believe ginger has benefits as yet unknown.

When looking at fish oil tablets, check the EPA and DHA content to gain maximum benefit.
  2. It's not bad.

It's not very good either though.
  3. Ye Olde Cabbage Farmer mind tricks at work
  4. Bit of lime with cabbage, tomato and coriander makes a great salad. Great on a burrito.

  15. Cabbage is my winter staple - just avoid being in a confined space with me.
  16. Carrot's just great on it own it so good.
Fills up spag bogs, burgers, salad's - and it's a great juice.

    Trump away - I'm a huge fan.
  17. Carrot sticks with peanut butter. That's all you need to know
  18. There are plenty of foods that I love, but completely understand dislike of them. Blue cheese, vegemite, anchovies and cabbage I put in this catagory. But there are others I love that I cannot fathom dislike, coriander, tomato and mango are the examples that spring to mind; foods that I loved the first time I tasted them and never had to work to define my pallet for them. These foods seem to be at polar opposites, people either love them or hate them, there is no inbetween. These are the interesting foods for discussion. I put myself in the haters camp for Aussie style BBQ sauce. But mango, tomato and coriander haters, seriously WTF?
  19. Celery trumps carrots for snacks, with salt or cream cheese or peanut butter.
