When the time came for me to 'manup' an get my Learners ,
the boys said .. what bike should she learn on ??...
this is the bike they chose originally a 1974 Bultaco
I was sooooooooooooo looking forward to it ,
and I'm still waiting  LOL
thanks Caz for intervening with the little V

  2. Now this bring backs memories, I used to be scared stiff of the old Bultaco Sherpa n Pursang in the shed as a kid. I can remember trying to kick it over when I was 14 and it would buck you and you'd either end up fast down in the dirt or with a broken ankle.

What people ever saw in them I don't know, we only had one in the shed (actually a couple) as my dad used to race flat track on them and he could never bring himself to part with them or his matchless.

I was much happier on the dt200r :)
  3. The MK7 pursang was my first real bike, first time I launched her out the drive way I flipped her in to the bushes on the other side of the road  She taught me about throttle controll, traction, gravel rash, and how to elude the cops
