  4. I agree, how are you supposed to put a driver's name down if the car is parked during the alleged incident and no one is in the car?!?!
  5. I can see this going to appeal.
  6. it may come down to something funky like the photo shows a completely different model of car OR it shows the exact same car, complete with the for sale sign and phone number on the back window.
