  1. Hi all! I want to do alot of self learning bike hobby stuff but i lack knowledge.

So i'm just wondering if someone could help me in recommending some good texts for motorcycle maintenence and plastic repairs, etc, and also where i could get them

Or if someone wants to take me on as a part time apprentice

Or if someone wants to sell their texts that would do fine :)

    Any help appreciated thanks!

Addition: i forgot to mention websites, thanks!
  2. Your best bet is probably to find a specific forum for the bike you have, or at least search for technical maintenance stuff on that specific bike (your own is best, 'cause you can actually go and do/see the stuff in question) - then learn by doing.

Without going to work in a bike shop, you're unlikely to build any in-depth knowledge about bikes in general from reading 'anything and everything'. But if you get to know you're own, you'll find it has many things in common with most bikes.

    Wait, what am I saying?
Just go hire Torque. You'll be fine.
