Bike Mechanic on the Gold Coast

Discussion in 'Technical and Troubleshooting Torque' started by blackgloves, Aug 27, 2007.

  1. Hi,

I've had my bike for about 4 months now, and over the last week my lights have started dying on me. High beams still work fine but normal lights have become so dim they do absolutely nothing and if i dont whack on the high beams im riding in pitch black.

I'm pretty new to bikes so don't want to attempt to fix this myself yet, however i don't really want to take it back in to the dealer as i had a service a couple of weeks after i bought the bike just for piece of mind and it cost me $190.

Can any other gold coasters out there recommend any good mechanics handy with bike that i could just take the bike in to get it fixed without costing a fortune? (or if this is a piss easy problem thats impossible to **** up let me know how i could go about fixing it :) )

    Cheers guys
