I didn't see them getting out of the caged version, using it as a ladder and then pulling it up the hill with one hand. Bike wins!
I've seen these before.......drive to both wheels and fuel in the tire bladder......it was an old Russian military design I believe.

I suppose it has something like a 50cc engine, duralum tubes for frame and fibreglass bodywork. The lack of thick(and heavy) tyres helps too. Won't weight much more than a bigger dual-suspension MTB I suppose.
