Best Back Protector for A* Jacket??

Discussion in 'Riding Gear and Bike Accessories/Parts' started by alex92, May 25, 2010.

  1. I heard the A* RC back protector (CE certified) is uncomfortable and doesn't provide that much protection..

What other ones fit in the back pocket of the A* jackets and provide good protection without feeling like you have a steel pole stuck in there?

    Cheers :)

  2. I've got the force field that you strap to your body. Feels very secure and I wear it under my jacket and leathers on road an track. Since its strapped to your body it won't move around in an off and it will staywhere you want it.

Go try one on and see if you're converted!
  3. I've been using the A* Bionic back protector. I'm on to my second one, as the velcro waistband stopped sticking. Never been uncomfortable and I use it all the time.
  4. No problems from my A* back protector. Don't even notice it's there after I get on the bike.
