If you scroll down the page and read the other link that the person on the forum has pasted, you will see that woods was clearly with in his rights of said council and that they had approved his plans and when completed would fall into code. Easton his neighbour cost him $25,000 and delays in his property being built. Woods then proceded with his "art work" and than removed it when he got an appology from easton. If you are asking me, easton got off lightly. Its amazing what a simple apology can do to a situation.
