    VICTORIAN SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING

    For people in the Western and West and South Gippsland districts.
    Issued at 12:05 pm EDT on Wednesday 9 November 2005

    Severe thunderstorms are no longer a threat in these districts at this stage,
    however further thunderstorm development is likely today.



    The immediate threat of severe thunderstorms has passed, but the situation will
    continue to be monitored and further warnings will be issued if necessary.

    This warning is also available through TV and Radio broadcasts; the Bureau's
    website at www.bom.gov.au or call 1300 659 217.The Bureau and State Emergency
    Service would appreciate this warning being broadcast regularly.
