Basic maintenance on the road: changing a tyre

Discussion in 'Multimedia' started by Loz, Mar 3, 2009.

  1. Tyre changing doesn't have to be done at a tyre shop - and you don't even need a garage to do it. In fact, with a bit of practice and some help from your friends, you don't even have to slow down your ride to get a new wheel on:

  2. Gold
    No "poofy" fairing helps :p
  3. I'm not sure that the time they save by not having to make a pit stop would be offset by requiring a second person on the bike. But who knows, maybe we'll see some two up action next IOM.
  4. I would love to see the rehersal video.
  5. Good, good . . . .

But, can he change while doing a stoppie??

    :p
  6. so shall you and rob on sundays ride be showing us how it's done....
  7. lets see them do the back.

  8. Wow, a chick with balls who's good with a spanner I wouldn't mind parking my slippers under.....
