  1. my back wheel seems to be sliding a little when i brake..

if im traveling at say 80k down the burwood hwy then start to slow for a red light when i apply my back brake the back wheel seems to slide to the left a little.. im not sure if im imagining it or what it could be any ideas?
  2. Are you downshifting while applying the back brake?
  3. i don't think im braking and down shifting at the same time..
i think im doing it alternatly
  4. Our roads camber to the left. Not sure about that road but it could be a high camber. If you are feeling the slide use less rear and more front in any case.
  5. Checked tyre pressure?
  6. If you get a rear wheel slide I would bet you are hitting the rear brake too hard whilst hitting the front.
The fact it slides to the left means your braking way too hard, the rear locks up and slides.
    Assess your braking technique.
Also check and see if your rear is adjustable.
  7. Zzr rear preload is adjustable. I bumped it up to max asap, noticeable improvement.
  8. thanks for your help guys.
tyre pressure is fine i think it may be something to do with braking to hard...
