Thanks undii you made my day, I work for a large telco and it's normally us in the firing line.
hmm i think i might join iinet
just love there customer services
I'm with iiNet and am very glad I haven't had nearly the amount of trouble this guy has had.
I have fortunately only had to call a handful of times for support, and found them to be pretty incompetent.
One guy just blamed everything on my firewall software :?
My mate's with WestNet and is very happy with them. If we have any more issues with these guys I think I might make the switch.
I guess this sorta thing can happen when companies get so much bigger. Customer service just fades away.
iiNet have more issues than customer service, have a squizz at this link and you will see what I mean.
I'm with iinet, simply cause my exchanged is adsl2+ enabled and I enjoy the 1000K+ upload of it (Would like Annex M), I get free unlim download to work, so use home just for personal server purposes
