An Interesting Read

Discussion in 'The Pub' started by Sir Skuffy, Feb 11, 2008.

  1. Hey all,

Something I read that some may find "interesting"...

Do not stand by my grave and weep, I am not there. I do not sleep! I am a thousand winds that blow, I am a diamond glint on snow. I am the sunlight on the ripened grain, I am the gentle Autumn rain. When you awake in the morning hush, I am the swift uplifting rush Of quiet birds in circling flight, I am the soft starshine at night. Do not stand by my grave and cry, I am not there. I did not die!

  2. Very nice Sir Skuffy.

Who wrote it and where did you get it from?

  3. YOu know what, I have "no idea" who wrote it.

I grabbed if from a Buddy of mines in the US - it is part of his "sig"..

Glad you liked it.... It certainly is conforting and quite positive considering the somber notations.
  4. Thanks Ryan!
  5. Sorry to hear matti :(
