Alfords Point Road at Henry Lawson Dr - Sydney

Discussion in 'Hazardous Road Condition Reports' started by noworries, Aug 20, 2011.

  1. Grooved and rough North and Southbound pavements at the roadworks at this location getting even more hazardous in recent week. RTA advises today that final surfacing anticipated for mid-October. Watch out for inadequately signposted 60kph roadworks limits on these stretches. North-bound also has redundant lane-markings.

  2. If you do 60 through there, particularly northbound, you will get run over. Southbound always seems to be on 60 for some reason. Where are these redundant lane markings?
  3. Hi Lilley, a hundred or so metres into the northbound roadworks there was an old centreline marking that sort of wandered across the temporary lane...no big beer, but a bit confusing!
