Ahh.....Helmet Heaven

Discussion in 'Riding Gear and Bike Accessories/Parts' started by Spiky, May 23, 2008.

  1. First ride to work this morning with my new helmet.

I know it's been said before, as I researched the topic on NR before buying, but the Nolan N102 is a seriously lovely bit of gear. Quiet, light and very well put together....and in Matt Black it enhances my astonishing good looks no end

    Highly, highly recommended.
  2. Good choice, I have one in gloss black.

You reckon they are quiet? I have nothing to compare to as this is my first but it seems noisy to me, a lot of wind noise.
  3. I suppose that the noise level is all relative.

Compared to the OGK RGX that I've just pensioned off, it's damn near silent. I would suggest that you wear earplugs if you don't already - it just makes the journey much more pleasant IMO.
  4. I also have one and I would have to say it is the worst helmet I have ever owned . Heavy and very very noisy
  5. .....which just proves that it's all relative, I guess. :?
