Advice for new leathers

Discussion in 'Riding Gear and Bike Accessories/Parts' started by mikeyandmary, Dec 10, 2006.

  1. Having just trashed my old textile gear after an accident I am looking to buy some leathers. My budget is about $800. I want shop stuff, not 2nd hand/ebay.

I am after gear with armour in it (some stuff I have seen had none).

Shop recommendations would be great, I live in Sydney.

  2. Only shop I know of is Bikebiz they do some good specials and you can check em out online http://www.bikebiz.com.au/enter.html?lmd=39062.371956.
Seeing as your looking for budget priced leathers you should try some of the netrider partners.

These guys all give you 10 % off their kit. Try giving them a call to see if they have any of thier stuff stocked in shops in Sydney.

Also there is http://www.laroleathers.com.au they have well priced gear aswell.
  3. Laro leathers have the advantage over Rmgear, Scorpion, Underdog and Traxion in that they are the only one based in Sydney - I don't know about you, but I'd want to try the suit on before parting with cash!
