$40 for Honda light globe?

Discussion in 'Riding Gear and Bike Accessories/Parts' at netrider.net.au started by mick No:8, May 18, 2008.

  1. Can't believe how much a Honda CBR 250 light globe cost. Last week one of the head light globe died so went to Repco to buy a globe. It cost me $10.00 (made in Germany), the only problem was that the three pins didn't fit the houseing. So went to Redwing Honda and they said that they didn't have any-stock and I would have to wait til tomorrow and it would cost $40 bucks. So went down the road and found a place that did have them but still have to pay $40.

  2. Was it a H4H? I drive an integra and they run those stupid globes, you can modify H4's to fit in about 5 minutes if your handy with a dremel or occasionally they'll pop up on ebay for around $30 a pair delivered.
