1982 GSX250: worth it?

Discussion in 'Bike Reviews, Questions and Suggestions' at netrider.net.au started by heffa, Nov 20, 2006.

  1. Im in the process of getting rid of my old RX7 project car (currently a shell with lots of parts), and one person has offered me a straight trade for a bike.
Its a 1982 GSX250, which he says is roadworthy and just needs rego. I dont really need another 250, but am thinking it might be easier and quicker to sell the GSX than to sell the RX7 (with fuel prices what they are, many rotary project cars are getting shelved).
If I were to do that I would be looking to get around $1,000. Does anyone think I could get that much?

  2. Damn! The deal fell thru.
Never mind, forget I spoke
