1 metre from the building?

  1. I just got a ticket for parking on a footpath the other day.

    Now let me give you the details...

    * It's a 4 - 5 metre wide path.
    * It's right next to a bulding (I heard that if you park right next to a building, they allow for 1 metre to come out as their land, so technically, I was parking on private property anyway..)
    * I had been parking there for 4 months prior
    * Yes, it's just next to a car park but you can easily fit two trolleys PLUS a large person next to my bike EASILY.
    * The owners of the building (that I park next to) are fine with me parking there, and infact, insisted on it, when I started, 4 months ago...

    A little help?
  2. Write back saying you were parking on private property with their consent.

    And that they're whores.
