How to import GPX into Google Maps to make a GPS route viewer

Grab the GPX file from your GPS and turn it into a Google Map

  1. Cool. I used to use an app called Sports Tracker which created KML files that you can use directly with Google Earth. It shows you the highest, lowest and fastest points on the map. You just have to make sure the cops don't get a hold of them ;)

  2. This method still won't allow you to use your custom way points to have Google Maps direct you along your map will it? I suspect you can see if you have gone off the route but won't give you directions, yeah?
