Faces to Avatars and Nicknames

  1. Hi Everyone

I attended my second training session at Elwood today and, again, everyone was so welcoming and happy to offer advice and tips ~ thank you! I especially want to thank Doug and Barbara for escorting me home given my nervousness after my road incident last week which left me shaken. Today was my first day back on the bike and even I was surprised at the drop in confidence but as I am often heard to say on every aspect of my life "Never Surrender!" :)

The point of this entry - as I am known to ramble on - ha ha ha. I have met some fabulous people and I do not know who you are on here. I decided to introduce myself and I hope perhaps a few of you will return the favour :)

Nice to meet you Rick:) Sometimes I wish I had got my learners while still in Shepparton before moving back to Melbourne last September - had some experience on quieter roads before the mayhem of St Kilda! ha ha ha Have an awesome weekend Rick :) Dianne

Good tom hear that you climbed back on Dianne. To use an old country expression "Cowboy up"-that's what you did and you succeeded. And of course got to meet some of the great folks on here.

    Ride safe.
