Well I joined the great unwashed at an extreamly well priced area for ringside seats for the Sydney fireworks .... $10.00 for two adults =D>

Anyhow I bought an Olympus Tough a few months ago for our cruise [ and was very impressed with the quaility of the underwater pic's ] so last night I tried some of the other settings:- fireworks/candelight/panoramic etc considering it was all handheld overall not bad I think... there was a few total failures allthough that was mainly the operater not the camera  ](*,)

1 shot is where our $5 each tickets got us =D>

tip on the fireworks setting, need a tripod or a very steady hand as the shutter stays open longer
